Butterfly Valve Installation Precautions

Installation environment:

The butterfly valve can be used both indoors and in the open air, but in the case of corrosive media and easy rust, the corresponding material combination should be used. 　

Installation site:

must be installed in a place that can be operated safely and is easy to maintain, inspect and repair.

Surrounding environment:

Temperature -20°C~+70°C, humidity below 90%RH.

Before installation, check whether the valve meets the requirements of working conditions.

Note: The butterfly valve does not have the ability to resist the high pressure difference, do not let the butterfly valve open or continue to flow under the high pressure difference.

Before installation, remove dirt and oxidation scale from the pipeline. When installing, please note that the flow direction of the medium should be consistent with the flow direction arrow indicated on the valve body.

Align the piping center of the front and rear, make the flange interface parallel, lock the screws evenly, and pay attention to the pneumatic butterfly valve should not have excessive piping stress generated on the cylinder control valve.

Please give appropriate support and fixation on the piping or the body according to the size and weight of the cylinder control valve.
