Product Introduction

D342X, D942X, D342Xs, and D942Xs type rubber sealed butterfly valve adopts double eccentric structure, absorbs the structure and characteristics of similar foreign products, overcomes the defects in the use of the original product, and makes its life more durable and more reliable sealing. This valve is suitable for various pipelines, specially installed in the outlet of the circulating water pump, for cutting off or regulating the flow of the medium, and can inhibit the impact effect produced when the pump starts and stops, without being affected by the flow direction of the medium.

This series of butterfly valves is a new generation of patented products which is independently researched and developed by our company, no pin connection is through a valve rod milling flat straight connected with the butterfly plate matched, with countersunk head bolt is fixed, is more convenient in assembly, firmer connection security. Advantages of double eccentric butterfly valve!

Small valve opening and closing torque

Due to the existence of eccentricity, when the valve is closed, the sealing surface is a gradual entry and exit process, thus reducing the mechanical wear and extrusion between the sealing surfaces.

Double eccentric design principle and features!

This butterfly valve is a double eccentric soft seal structure, i.e. the eccentric distance from the centre of rotation of the butterfly plate to the sealing section of the valve body a, and the distance from the centre of rotation of the butterfly plate to the centre line of the valve body b, (see figure below). This valve is decelerated by worm gear transmission (electric valve is decelerated by electric motor through worm gear transmission), and the butterfly plate is driven to rotate within 90℃ by the valve shaft, so that the butterfly plate is in the open or closed state to achieve the purpose of connecting or cutting off the medium. As shown in the diagram, when the valve is closed, the sealing ring is extruded by the sealing surface of the valve body and the butterfly plate, resulting in deformation, so that the sealing force between the sealing surfaces of the valve gradually reaches its maximum value.

Double eccentric design principle

Features of double eccentric butterfly valve:
(1) With two-way sealing performance, especially suitable for media with both positive flow requirements and reverse flow requirements of the working conditions (need to be specified when ordering);
(2) Adopting double eccentric sealing structure, it has the function of getting tighter and tighter when closing, with reliable sealing performance.
(3) The butterfly plate adopts streamlined structure, high strength, large circulation area, and small flow resistance;
(4) Change the material of the valve body, the sealing ring is located on the butterfly plate, change the sealing ring material, which can be applied to different media;
(5) The worm wheel drive device is fully enclosed type, flexible operation.
(6) The electric device is an integrated product of the introduced type, which can be controlled locally or remotely, with safe and reliable control.
