High-performance rubber-lined butterfly valve
The high-performance rubber-lined butterfly valve is a compact structured rubber-lined butterfly valve, especially suitable for regulating or controlling the flow and pressure of various water, industrial water, sewage, air, HVAC, city gas, and LPG. When closed, the valve has zero leakage.
(1)The valve seat structure adopts the COS curve sealing structure patented worldwide, which reduces the friction between the valve plate and the valve seat, reduces the torque of the actuator, and extends the life of the seat ring. The sealing process is equivalent to a double eccentric valve.
(2)The sealing surface of the butterfly valve is spherical, so that when sealing, the contact is quite smooth, especially the friction at the shaft seal is reduced. The life of the seat ring is greatly extended.
(3)The metal embedded ring in the seat ring can automatically close the gap between the stem and the seat ring when the stem is tilted by an unbalanced force, eliminating the possibility of axial leakage.
COS curve
The COS curve sealing structure allows the valve plate to be closed without an increase in torque, and when closed the plate and seat ring are in contact at the same time in a 360-degree circle, thus reducing friction, reducing torque, and extending the life of the seat ring, ensuring that the butterfly valve can be maintained for a long time with zero leakage. The reduced friction and torque also allow the use of low-power actuators, thus reducing the cost to the user.
The spherically machined valve plate

The use of rubber makes the seal flexible and reduces the amount of rubber used, eliminating the possibility of the rubber expanding and jamming the valve plate in the closed position due to temperature rise.
