Why choose a pneumatic ball valve?
Pneumatic ball valves are evolved from plug valves, and plug valves with the same rotation of 90 degrees is different, the plug body is a sphere, there is a circular hole or flow channel through its axis, its working principle is to open or close the valve by turning the spool.
The pneumatic ball valve switch is light in weight, small in size, can be made into a large diameter, reliable sealing, simple in structure and easy to maintain. The sealing surface and spherical surface are often in a closed state, not easy to be corroded by the medium, has been widely used in many industries. Pneumatic ball valve and plug valve is the same type of valve, only the closing part is the sphere, the sphere rotates around the centre line of the valve body to open and close the valve. Pneumatic ball valves are mainly used for pipelines, cutting speed, distribution and changing the direction of media flow.

6、When the steel ball and valve seat are completely open or closed, the sealing surface of the steel ball and valve seat are isolated from the medium. The sealing surface of the valve will not wear out when the medium passes through.
7、The application range is wide, the path is as small as a few millimeters, as large as several meters, from high vacuum to high pressure can be used.
8, the power source of pneumatic ball valve is gas, generally 0.2 ~ 0.8MPa pressure, relatively safe. If the pneumatic ball valve leaks, compared with hydraulic and electric, the gas can be discharged directly, no pollution to the environment and high safety.
9, compared with manual and turbo ball valves, pneumatic ball valves can be configured with large calibres (manual and turbo ball valves are generally less than DN300 calibre, currently pneumatic ball valves can reach DN1200 calibre).
