1. The bolts welded on the valve disc should not be too long, otherwise the bolts will be too long to resist the flow into the valve body, causing the seal to be "overhead" and unable to play the sealing role; during assembly, pay attention to check and adjust the screw opening to ensure the sealing surface can be tightly joined.
2. Select a suitable gasket, the thickness of the gasket should be slightly lower than or equal to the height of the step of the sealing surface of the valve disc, so that the soft gasket and the sealing surface of the valve disc closely fit on the same plane.
3. To prevent the compression nut from falling off, proper loosening should be done after the nut is tightened.
4. Should consider the use conditions of the fluid medium, choose a soft seal suitable for the medium requirements, so as not to affect the use of medium corrosion or high temperature deformation.
5. When the sealing surface of the valve seat is damaged seriously, the valve seat can be scrapped. After the valve core is improved, it can continue to be used with the valve seat of the same specification.
6. When adjusting the valve, make a mark to avoid violent opening and closing, so as not to affect the service life of the gasket.
In addition to the service life of the valve, the service life of the valve is also closely related to the maintenance during the use. Whether it can maximize the advantages of the valve also requires daily reasonable use.
